First theme of recalibration, rebalancing, and realigning following the 777 portal is GRIEF, which is connected to the physical body through the lungs and breath. Three questions that will help open the door for your grief to show itself:

1. Am I able to fully express my grief, or do I gloss over it?

2. If I am able to fully express my grief, have I come to peace with it? Or if I am not fully able to express my grief, can I allow myself to be still enough with my grief to hear what it has to say?

3. If I can be still enough with my grief, what are three things my grief has to share with me?
