This week on The Vancouver Island Real Estate Show, we are speaking with Nanaimo REALTORS® Graeme Parker and Ashley Metcalf, who are both members of Charlie Parker Marketing Systems - RE/MAX of Nanaimo - one of RE/MAX's Top Team in Western Canada. Graeme is the Team Leader and Primary Listing Agent, and Ashley is a team associate on who works with both Buyers and Sellers at a high level. We are going to get both of their perspectives on how the new Agency requirements have changed their team dynamic, and what they are doing to thrive while working within the rules. These changes haven't come without some setbacks for their team, but I know they are pleased with the direction they are going and know it's possible to succeed in the New Agency Era.
