Whatever lifted the markets last week, it’s still a frightening roller coaster that most regular investors would be smart to avoid. Without a view of where the bottom of the stock market decline might end, Rinaldo wouldn’t recommend going back into the market. Currently, there’s no end in sight. Getting further into the ideas around an “immunity card” program, Rinaldo also riffs on how the Federal government’s botched leadership will have lasting consequences. Among other things, it’s leading State Governors to adopt stronger leadership roles, which may have implications for mitigating climate change as well.
