This week we are starting to talk about maintaining your physical health, and this week our tip is to just get active. Go out and do something to get the blood pumping and raise your heart rate! Whether it's a walk on a nice day, going for a run, hitting the gym, longboarding, etc. just get out there and do something that you enjoy! The more that you get the heart rate above resting, it releases endorphins and adrenaline that help you to feel better. It's also proven that those who exercise, even lightly, sleep better at night!
