In this episode Hunter and I discuss his trajectory from being a great college football player to becoming a power lifter, and then to becoming a business owner and owning Freak Faktory. We discuss some of the challenges of being a business owner, and some of the things he's doing to empower his employees. We talk about how society has become softer, and how we are both thankful for some of the hard lessons that we both learned while playing team sports. Hunter's passion for helping the youth comes through loud and clear in this episode, and the world needs more committed coaches like him. He not only teaches, but also lives what he teaches.
