Paul is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and has achieved the Mortgage Bankers Association “AMP” (Accredited Mortgage Professional) status. Paul has been a featured guest on several real estate investing podcasts including “The Real Estate Guys” and is frequently asked to share best practices with multifamily investors in various Real Estate Investor Associations and networking meetups. He has been published in the Rental Housing Journal and has authored dozens of articles to help investors improve their knowledge or financing multifamily assets. Prior to joining StackSource, Paul was a part of the Bonneville Multifamily Capital team. His tenure at Bonneville enabled his passion for the multifamily industry to grow and expand. He majored in Economics at The University of Utah and received his MBA from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in Finance.
