Chapter 2: My “Micro Service” Business Philosophy.

In this Chapter I'm going to be talking about my business philosophy. If you sit down, listen to what we are doing, you will find that what we are teaching you is really quite easy and it's something you can build for yourself.
My Business philosophy is that I offer micro services that are less expensive than what they are already paying someone else to do for them. The set up time has to be two hours or less and then once it is set up, software can run everything automatically. And this type of business can be repeated over and over again.
Chapter Breakdown:
- 0:48 Setting up a new client must be 2 hours or less.
- 1:42 Once the client is set up, I choose software that can run 99% of the tasks. Meaning my time is then freed up to go close more clients.
- 3:55. How to find a Niche. I Find a Niche that needs help and one than can be repeatable across the board.
- 5:14. Once I find the right Niche I work tirelessly to create a service template for just that niche. And then I sell that service over and over again to non competing businesses.
