"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction." - Proverbs 1:7 Fearing the Lord is about the deep awe we are plunged into when we become aware of God's love, grace and forgiveness despite our human nature that causes us to miss the mark. This fear is what will guide our steps and hearts as we walk with God in this life and follow the plans that He has set aside for us.
