Our cocktail of the week is the Two Shores Golden Mojito:

INGREDIENTS

3 Limes
6 Mint leaves
60ml Two Shores Single Malt Finish
1 teaspoon of Golden Demerara Sugar
Soda water splash

METHOD

Grab a highball glass and muddle two cut-up limes and about 6 leaves of mint.
Add 1 teaspoon of golden demerara sugar or light brown sugar and crush it with your muddler
Add the 60ml Two Shores Single Malt Finish Rum
Stir to mix everything, and then add crushed ice and a splash of soda water.
Add more crushed ice if needed.
