It's our first Lab Reports! We have chosen a very special topic for this inaugural listener stories episode; the ongoing case of Mikayla Jones. We felt this was an important story to bring to our audience as we want to be a voice to help the Jones family get the justice they deserve for their daughter.
Mikayla was a beautiful 18 year old girl who died under mysterious circumstances in Washington County Missouri in May 2021. This is a story of small town corruption and how quickly they wanted to write off Mikayla's death as a voluntary drug overdose. Mikayla had zero history of drug usage so anyone who knew her is certain she did not die in this way.
There are 3 people involved in her death that have not been properly punished and it seems the authorities in the area aren't acting appropriately to investigate this case. Listen now to hear all the details of this ongoing case and help us bring light to this horrible injustice. Let's get some national authorities into Missouri to complete a proper investigation!
