First launched in October 2023, USpring is an innovative program is designed to support displaced Ukranians who currently reside in Suisse Romande. Experienced professionals offer individual mentoring (in English or Ukranian) to help young Ukranians in professional development and integration. The goal is to provide a two-way dialogue and trusted advice to guide Ukranians through their professional and/or personal journies.

They are currently looking to scale up the programme and are seeking interested mentors, Ukranian mentees and supporting organisations.
