Sophia joined Amway as a vulnerable teenager who was just looking for adult mentorship and stability in her life. Through a series of tragic events, Sophia realized that life was far too short to be stuck in something so controlling and toxic, and despite the extreme guilt she felt to her upline, came to find out that she had one foot out the door already.
