The expectations of those you lead and those who depend on your voice for direction and guidance are contained or controlled by those who have no interest in your concerns. The time to decide where you stand is now. Will you do what as right for those who count on you? Will you remain quiet, silenced by the pressure of not offending or crossing the ire of the powers that be? Will social pressure prevent you from doing, saying, believing what’s in the best interest of those you lead? Now is the time to decide what you stand for and to find the courage to fight for it, for the sake of those who count on you. Silence, passivity, neutrality is no longer an option. Fight with where you spend your money. Fight with your voice. Fight with your vote.”
