I had to consider who would interview me for the final episodes of “Tell me a story I don’t know.” I didn’t consider it for long. TJ Rives (@bucsidelineguy on Twitter) was a no brainer. TJ has been a vital part of this podcast for over three years. He’s heard every podcast so he knew the drill: get me to tell stories you’ve never heard before.
I did from childhood to free-lancing to podcasting to writing a book!
It’s been quite a ride and chronicled perfectly by TJ.
I fished out sound bites from decades ago and most notably, my call of Pete Rose tying Ty Cobb for the all time hit record in 1985. What’s fascinating about all this is being on the other end of the podcast in which I’ve interviewed nearly 100 personalities.
