Officials in Camden County are condemning racist graffiti found over the weekend in Lawnside. County Commissioner Al Dyer says someone spray-painted a racial slur and offensive imagery on a fence in a residential area. Lawnside is a historic Black town, the first municipality north of the Mason-Dixon Line that was governed entirely by African Americans. Dyer says this is unacceptable behavior and the perpetrators cannot go unpunished. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Lawnside police. Image credit: Getty Images
