Juley describes the legislative morass standing in the way of workers’ rights and how states like Florida and Texas have actually made it illegal to protect workers.

Next, Mickey Huff joins Eleanor for a conversation about whether the corporate media are accurately covering immigration or, instead, are exaggerating the differences between the Biden and Trump administrations’ immigration practices.
