She started her career with Vinod Kothari Consultants, a premier consulting house in Eastern India, where she advised clients across sectors on corporate law matters, tax and regulatory issues in mergers and acquisitions, leasing and other financial transactions. At present, Ma’am is part of the Deloitte India Mergers & Acquisitions - Transactions Advisory Group where she manages advisory projects for domestic and multinational clients across the deal continuum including due diligence reviews, conceptualization and implementation of mergers/divestitures, acquisition strategy, joint ventures and transaction structuring for clients across industry sectors.
