Pour ce quatrième épisode, je reçois Nathalie Gruand, fondatrice de l’Académie Psychocorporelle Intégrative. Depuis toute petite, Nathalie a eu vocation d’aider autrui. Son parcours, d’enseignante dans l’éducation nationale puis dans l’armée, lui a permis d’exprimer sa vocation de bien des façons. Aujourd’hui, accompagnatrice au changement talentueuse, Nathalie a de multiples cordes à son arc : thérapeute psychocorporelle intégrative, hypnothérapeute, coach spécialisée en neurosciences appliquées, coach de couple et sexologue...
