Thus week I will be going through the first part of the Special Guardianship Policy for Liverpool City Council. Note this is only specific to Liverpool when it comes to policy yet there are let’s of authorities who use the same framework. It is best to speak to your Social Worker or Local Authority to ask if they have their own policy. And if not, why not?
