Matthew Elliott is the founder of The Change Room as a Leadership and Culture Coach. Previously a professional Rugby League player and made his mark as head coach in the NRL for the Canberra Raiders, Penrith Panthers, New Zealand Warriors and won a Super League title in the UK with the Bradford Bulls.
