Our guest is Karolina Sulich, a Research Assistant at the NY Tandon School of Engineering

Karolina is a multifaceted professional with a strong focus on biotechnology, project management, and design.

Currently, Karolina serves as a Research Assistant at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering in the Elizabeth Hanaff lab (http://idm.engineering.nyu.edu/henafflab/). She is also a Fulbright Scholar.

Prior to her current role, Karolina worked as a Senior Project Manager at A4BEE, an IT company focused on the biotech industry (https://a4bee.com).

Karolina's expertise encompasses digital project management, public speaking, and negotiation. Her experience spans across academia, non-governmental organizations, and startups, with additional skills in wet lab design and UX/UI.

Karolina's work is driven by core values of sustainability, agency, and responsibility. She brings a multifaceted perspective to her various endeavors, leveraging her diverse background and passion for making a positive impact.
