We are kicking off a new teaching series today called "You Asked For It," based on the questions we've collected through the year from people in our church. This week's question: why am I so stressed? How do I handle the stress and burden of life. We are a busy culture, so many of us are trying to manage the expectations and demands of our life, and often we feel overwhelmed and depleted.
