The first thing people ask me after discovering job sharing is often "How do I find a job share partner?" After all, there's a lot to consider. You're sharing your job, your income, and even, your personal lives. It seems elusive. How do you find the "perfect" partner and how do you ask them if they'd like to job share? Today, we dispel the myth: I don't know anyone I can job share with.
