Musk is suing Apple and OpenAI; is there merit to these legal actions? Depends on who you ask. But from a business standpoint, is Musk "biting more Apple than he can chew"? Apple's cash reserves rival those of small countries, and OpenAI's valuation speaks for itself, not to mention its linkages to the 2nd largest company by market cap i.e., Microsoft. Perhaps recent better interactions with the White House have him feeling overconfident?
