Dr. Ching is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medical College, as well as the Medical Director of the Weill Cornell Medicine New York-Presbyterian Simulation Center. He has developed a range of innovative educational programs, including BASE Camp, the SIM Olympics, the Interprofessional Transition-to-Residency experience, and numerous others, regionally, nationally, and internationally.
