We're joined by Claire Lowson, the founder of Supermenopause, and the woman behind the Age Positive division at the Brand consultancy Propaganda.
Claire is on a drive to ‘rebrand’ age, and specifically to shift employer's perspectives on what older employees can bring to the workplace.
