In this episode we are joined by Jonathan Mitchell and Dr Richard Clewley from the Insititute of Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) to discuss their role in aligning skills development with labour market needs.

We talk with them about the overall mission of IfATE and how they are collaborating with the Workforce Foresighting Hub to help shape the future workforce.

Additionally, we also discuss the wider benefits foresighting can have for industry and Government, and how a collaborative approach can ensure a long-lasting impact on the future workforce.
