So why not change it yourself to generate a feeling more conducive to your blood pressure, right?
And more conducive to Deliberate Creation and Manifestation. If we automatically believe our thoughts and become our emotion, we become subject to create from that place of impulse & reaction... NOOOO . don't do it!
