Are you overlooking a hidden goldmine in your business?

Most businesses focus on their ideal "A clients," but they often overlook the potential of their "C clients" - those who may not be the most exciting to work with but can still bring in significant revenue. This forgotten revenue stream can actually turn out to be your gold mine.

In this episode of Influence By Design, Samantha and Tim discuss a valuable insight Tim gained from a recent networking event. It Highlights the importance of not just focusing on your ideal or A clients but also exploring opportunities with C clients through smaller offerings that may not be your core business but can still bring in revenue.

Tim shares his own experience of how a simple automation he created for his business caught the attention of a bookkeeper in his networking group, who revealed that she had 40 clients in need of the same solution. This realisation led Tim to consider the untapped potential of marketing of what he describes as "splinter products" to a wider audience.

These smaller C client offerings can potentially generate more revenue than your A clients when you market them effectively. They are often easier to scale and have the potential to lead to more referrals as people find it easier to refer friends or colleagues for a specific small need rather than a larger offering.

Repackaging some of your expertise or processes into niche products or services can open up new income opportunities that may turn into larger client relationships over time. Listen in to the episode and discover how to utilise your micro Offerings to grow your business.
