This week I have been slapped around the face by the anniversary of some very big life changes. It has had me reflecting on what it has been like to survive personally and thrive professionally throughout a tough grieving process.

I also had the good fortune of watching a West End show last week before we moved into The Rose Theatre Kingston for the final two weeks of The Importance of Being Earnest. I have come away with some observations about being on the other side of the curtain whilst in the middle of a show run.
