Best known for his wildlife programs on the BBC, Chris has dedicated his career to educating audiences about the natural world. Diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome, a form of autism, in adulthood, Chris continues to be a vocal advocate for neurodiversity. His 2017 documentary, "Chris Packham: Asperger’s and Me," offered a personal insight into his life and experiences.

While Chris hasn’t publicly identified as having ADHD, his advocacy for neurodiversity often extends to broader discussions of neurodevelopmental conditions.

In this episode, Chris opens up to Dr Mine and Paul about his struggles with identity, sharing heartfelt stories from his life growing up. Together, they explore the concept of AuDHD (the overlap of autism and ADHD), offer valuable advice for parents of neurodiverse children, and even delve into the fascinating question of whether animals might exhibit ADHD traits.
