id_23 - erratic excursions in ambient and beyond

Created in response to disquiet0680:
“Disquiet Junto Project 0680: Reverse Resolution
The Assignment: Finish something (musical) you started last year.
This project has just one step: finish something you started last year, likely a piece of music you left unfinished.”
I chose 2 tracks I had left to complete from January 2024…
I noticed the tempo of each of the tracks were 24bpm & 48bpm, also one track was exactly half the length of the other…
I decided to layer these : one track slowed to half speed to match the other longer track…with additional EQing and a little reverb, some sprinkles of dust and noise…
A note attached to one of the tracks:
“Imagine if a piece of flotsam could tell you the tale of its journey…”
