I firmly believe that success is not just about talent or intelligence, but also about the ability to persevere in the face of #obstacles. There have been numerous times in my career when I faced setbacks and challenges that seemed insurmountable. But it was my unwavering #determination and refusal to give up that ultimately propelled me forward,”~shares Barbara.

“Empathetic networking has not only opened doors for me professionally but has also enriched my life personally. One of the most valuable lessons I've learned is the importance of building genuine, empathetic connections with others. Networking isn't just about exchanging business cards or making superficial connections. It's about truly understanding and supporting one another.
