Susan Gouveia is a Master Gardener & the Founder of The Society of Garden Goddesses. She works together with The Honey Bee Foundation at the Demonstration Farm in Grass Valley, CA. "We teach families & individuals how to forage, grow their own food and create delicious, beautiful & healthy dishes" Susan is certified in Building Sustainable Communities, Permaculture Design & the Culinary Arts. She has traveled extensively & studied with chefs in Latin America, India & Europe.
In this episode, we talk about over 20 Wild foods you can Forage and eat and various ways you can garden. Through community and connection, we can find a way to transform our lives.
