Nate Garrett, founder of the American heavy metal band Spirit Adrift, went through years of a deadly addiction to alcohol and nearly died from it in 2015. With the love, help, and inspiration of his wife Nicole, he got sober and changed his whole life – and wrote several albums in the process.
