"Maximum Flexibility required." That would be my answer if asked to describe my 2020 so thus far. Like many, this was supposed to my year of clarity, after all it's '2020' a symbolism of perfect vision. It would be the year that I would get crystal clear on my life's goals and forge further ahead on my path, both personal and professional. But then life had other plans. Big plans! In fact that I could not ignore. First a pandemic brought the world to a screeching halt, then global uprising in response to systemic and blatant racism and police brutality...and that was just on a global scale. What about within the privacy of our own space? On this episode of my journal, I share my thoughts and tips on how to live in the 'New Normal' that we have all found ourselves. A is for Accepting and Acknowledging. B- Be Intentional. D- Develop/Discover/Dedicate Time To You Hope this helps.
