In the first episode of season 2, I introduce you to the value of emotional intelligence and conscious business. Although business can mean what you do for a living, business is something that takes place in all areas of your life and it runs a lot smoother when you take care of it in an emotionally intelligent way both for you and for the ones you’re doing business with whether that is colleagues, clients, suppliers, friends, family or other loved ones. Learning how emotions influence you, both yours and those of others is incredibly healing and can make a huge difference in all areas including relationships, health and business.
