Self-care has become something of a buzzword, but most of us might only think of a massage or a spa day when we hear it. In fact, self-care is best defined as "ensuring your well-being by tending to emotional or physical needs." It can be as simple as drinking enough water or calling a friend. Self-care is essential.
But how do you get it into your life on the daily so that you are able to keep your tank as full as possible? That's what I talk about in this episode. Self-care as healthcare! ⚕️
Then I give you three steps to maximize the "Fresh Start Effect" to help you kick-start whatever it is you want: a new job, writing a book, improving your health. 🆕
