Victor Seca, CRM Manager at Olist, joins host Ishaan Shakunt on the latest episode of Hack a Stack: The Saas Tech Stack Show.

As the CRM Manager, he is tasked with designing strategies for increasing customer retention in the company. Victor has a degree in Administration Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
