In this episode, I’m sharing the secret power of time gaps, the hidden windows that show up in between the big pieces of your day. Whether it’s sitting in car line, waiting for dinner to finish, or those few quiet minutes when the kids finally settle, these gaps can either slip through your fingers or become small but mighty resets. I’ll show you why your brain defaults to autopilot, how to recognize these time gaps, and how to turn them into simple stacks that build momentum instead of drain your energy.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to start noticing the gaps in your own day and choose one small reset you can anchor into that time. Those little choices will add up to a big difference in how calm and in control you feel.
