let's talk mental health...again! :) this time I'm giving you the inside scoop on my experience after being diagnosed with depression and subsequently being put in an ~ inpatient partial hospitalization program ~ (I say this phrase like 56 times so you'll get used to it) oh and guess what, I had to lie my way out of there! yikes indeed because only about 7% of those dealing with mental illnesses are placed in hospital programs, there is a lack of transparency into what they are actually like. I hope my experience helps bring some clarity to these programs but also to the fact that !! they !! need !! to !! change !!
