This week on the show Maine and Zak recap the 2022 IBJJF No-Gi Pans. We also recap UWW USA standings, and preview BJJ Stars and EBI 20 the Absolutes.
In the recap section of the show we talk about and recap every black belt adult final for both the mens and woman's finals across all the divisions, we talk about some changes in the meta, and the frequent turtling on positional changes brought on by ADCC, as well as the leg locks being used as positional tools. We also discuss some of the rules issues that still exist in the IBJJF that make the events not spectator friendly.
