WHO IS STEPHANY?

Well, I wear many hats, but at the end of the day there is 1 common denominator and that's the drive to advocate for those without a voice.

By using the tools and experiences given to me, I hope to provide the support and resources that many people deserve but don't often have access to and balance the scales of health and social disparities. I am humbly aware that I am 1 person, so even if it's just a little bit, I will keep chipping away at social injustices. I am passionate about providing quality care to my families and working collaboratively with my colleagues to promote health. The longer I do this healthcare thing, the more I realize the people in our community thrive better when we all work together.

In addition to my role as the Director of Marketing & Sales for Rumble Tuff, a company that manufactures various products including breast pumps (medical device), I serve my community as an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). My hope is that by helping people start off strong with love and care, it will help build a foundation for a strong and loving future.

Breastfeeding/Chestfeeding/Pumping doesn't have to be intimidating with the right support. A breast pump is a medical device but so many new parents are hard on themselves because they think they should know how to use a pump and nurse their baby.
