Vinod has worked on 6 different Caribbean islands and is passionate about the Caribbean culture and people. He loves the island's beautiful beaches and diversity of the work forces friendly people. He is an accomplished operations executive, who began with Hilton Corporation and assumed increasing responsibilities with in hospitality industry as a Bell Captain, Front Desk Agent, Outlet Manager, Bar manager, Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Assistant Manager. and Director of Operations, General Manager. He has directed and managed operations for the some of the world’s largest Cruise ships with Royal Caribbean and most well respected names in multi-national hotel/resort ownership, management, and franchising, including Marriott (Interstate), Starwood, and Sandals and AM Resorts. Vinod is passionate about Cricket.
