Emily is wife, mom, past speech language pathologist, yoga instructor, meditation instructor, and founder of Abundant Wellness with Emily. She once struggled with being performance driven and falling into the perfectionist trap that our society often places on us. Since then though, through yoga, meditation, western healing modalities, and the law of attraction, she has been able to embrace being her authentic self and “bring back her zest for life.”
Her coaching guides people through building self-confidence, embracing imperfection, and find joy in the life they’re living, in full authenticity.
Outside of coaching, she loves family time, hiking, baking, travel, and yoga.
One golden nugget she shares in this episode is the importance of INTENTIONALLY choosing how you are going to feel. Did you know you can do that? She speaks of a time that she didn't experience joy but she chose that she was going to experience joy for the day and overtime, she was able to notice an amazing change in her life!
