Corina sits down with Marissa Limsiaco, President and C-Founder of Otso, former combat veteran, and West Point grad about her transition from the military into founding a tech startup that helps the commercial real estate leasing better for everyone

Marissa is an accomplished entrepreneur with experience in technology, real estate as well as operations. She is a multiple degree holder and graduate of West Point, TCU and UT. As both a combat veteran and founder she has led successful teams all over the world. After trading in her “M16 for a Laptop” she has iterated, launched and led several companies in the technology space since 2011.

Meet Corina
Corina P. Irvin is a Principal at Peninsula Commercial Real Estate Group. She started the company in 2019 after spending eight years at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Corina has been involved in over ten million square feet of transactions totaling more than $500 million in lease consideration.

Corina specializes in helping clients lease or purchase office space that aligns with their unique branding, operational, and financial needs. Prior to starting Peninsula CRE Group and joining the C&W Los Angeles office, Corina spent several years with C&W in New York City.

She is involved with a number of professional associations: CREW-LA (Commercial Real Estate Women LA), Board of Directors for FIIRE (Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate), Board Member for USC Asian Pacific Alumni Association, and she is the founder of the Asian Commercial Real Estate Network.

Corina lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters. She graduated from USC with a degree in business administration, with an emphasis in real estate finance.
