Small business is the lifeblood of any community. And Schroll's Brat Shop is the smallest of the small. Their Edgewater shop is only 250 square feet! But they pack a lot of Bavarian punch into a little space.
Today, we speak with Jerry Joyce about sauerkraut, brats and wursts. And while you can get brats at your local grocery store, you will want to reconsider! Jerry picks up his fresh brats and wursts several times a week in Baltimore, so your treat is as fresh as can be. The store has a small tasting bar, allowing you to sample dozens of mustards and sauces.
And it is all dished out with a smile from a man who's family passed down a recipe back in 1964!
