In this week's episode I am talking to my work big sister, Debra Chantry-Taylor. Debra is also an EOS Implementor in New Zealand and she tells us all about her journey to EOS and why she loves it so much. One of the things I admire about Debra is the space she creates for EOS clients and invites them into and we explore that during our conversation. We talk about Debra's values, what elements of EOS are her favourite and which of the EOS values she aligns most with. We also find out more about her journey to throughout her career which brought her to EOS and how she found her perfect place in the world helping other on her own terms. Debra is a Professional EOS® Implementer, Proven Entrepreneur, Author & Keynote Speaker. In her management & leadership career, spanning 25 years, Debra has taken privately owned companies from flatlining back to growth, managing up to 220 staff. She has run her own businesses now for over 11 years & has lived the high life with all the trappings – the cars, the homes & the fast toys. She has also lost it all, not once but twice, in two spectacular business train wrecks. Having had to put one of her businesses into receivership, she knows what it is like to be awake at 2am, worrying about finances & people.

She now uses these experiences, along with her formal qualifications in leadership, business administration & EOS®, to help Entrepreneurial Business Owners lead their best lives. She does this by working with established Family Owned & Privately Owned businesses to help them implement EOS® into their business.
