The crew practices social distancing and decided to pod via Skype, to share their experiences during the quarantine. Tune in to hear how the crew is adjusting and how they find time to themselves when everyone is home!
The pod was recorded on March 21st, at which the CDC reported 24,583 cases of Covid-19 in the United States. It has not even been two weeks and the number of reported cases is over 140,000. The team at Effort and Vibes wants to stress the importance of social distancing and how it will help to stop the spread. We want to thank all of the medical staff on the frontlines of this epidemic and to all of the essential employees who are still working to provide some sort of normalcy during this time. We hope that this pod will relate to you and your family and to let you know that we're all in this together.
