Following on from our Podcast Episode 31, where we spoke about helping women go from burned-out to hopeful and motivated, through healing their relationships with themselves, others and business through in-person sessions, online courses and membership, in-person workshops and international retreats.
We chat today about a life changing event for Renee that brought them together in a work and living capacity and from that point on to their journey to starting the Kindred Community.
They talk about bringing understanding and awareness to your anxiety (and depression) by thinking differently and focusing on your individual needs for self-care (and not just want everyone else is doing). They want people to know that they’re not alone. That they’re in more control than they think. And that their darkness isn’t something to be rid of, but to be embraced with their light.
